To qualify for the Foreside Freight Cap program, a single order (with same ship date and location within the contiguous U.S.) of $500 or more in Non-Sale product must be placed on an account in good credit standing, or paid via credit card. If product is backordered, the Freight Cap would also apply to the freight charges when the backorder is shipped. Alaska and Hawaii orders ship at actual freight rates. Sale product orders ship at actual freight rates.

Foreside contracts with LTL freight carriers and ground transportation for standard commercial delivery only. Our freight cap program does not include additional accessorial services. If you advise us when placing your order that you require additional shipping services, Foreside will prepay and bill your invoice for services. Services used without Foreside arranging in advance will be billed separately.
• APPOINTMENT DELIVERY: $15.00 charge when driver must deliver at a specific time.
• INSIDE DELIVERY: $50.00 charge when driver must bring shipment inside any structure.
• LIFT GATE DELIVERY: $25.00 charge when no loading dock is available and a lift is required to remove pallet from truck.
• RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY: $27.00 charge to residential area, as defined by the carrier.
• HIGH COST DELIVERY: $75 charge for delivery to restricted areas, remote locations, churches, schools, construction sites, farms, and campgrounds.
• RECONSIGNMENT/REDELIVERY: $65 charge when no one is available to accept delivery during normal business hours or customer requests shipment to be sent to another location.

If a product(s) is not available on the original shipment, a backorder will be created if the total value exceeds $50. There will be no substitution or adding of products to a backorder. Customers may request to cancel their backorders.
An optional $25.00 Rush fee can be requested for orders to be expedited in the warehouse. Details can be obtained from our Customer Service Center (855.474.3344).
Contact our Customer Service Center within 10 days of receipt of merchandise to report damages, quality problems, or any other dissatisfaction. Foreside does not accept returned damaged merchandise.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All authorized returns must have a RMA number. Returned merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all related freight charges.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payments made by check will be mailed to Foreside, 819 Bluecrab Rd, Newport News, VA 23606. Payment is due within 30 days of Foreside ship date. We do not ship COD orders.
Failure to pay in full within the terms of an invoice will result in the loss of any and all discounts. A revised invoice will be issued at the full price.

RETURN CHECK FEE:
Orders are not considered canceled unless we receive written notice fourteen (14) business days prior to ship date. All orders confirmed cannot be canceled after the 14 days prior to shipping. All cancellations must be confirmed.
Foreside customers agree to pay all charges incurred for goods and services supplied, and all charges incurred must be paid per the credit terms on our invoices or, if none appear, payment is due immediately. Payments not made by said date, or earlier, shall render the account delinquent and interest shall be charged at the rate of 1.5% per month, or 18% per year. Customer(s) further agree to pay all reasonable collection costs, attorney fees and court costs, as permitted by law, as such are incurred by Foreside, in the collection of amounts due. Also, Foreside shall have the right to withhold further deliveries and/or sales to the Customer until past due balances are brought current, and shall have no liability whatsoever, from any direct or indirect loss suffered by the Customer in such event.

Defined items can be enjoyed indoors or outdoors. For Outdoor Use: all materials will naturally weather when introduced to the elements. Furniture (tables, chairs, and benches) should be covered during winter months to prevent surface corrosion from the elements.
